🎯 Selection Process

The PNB LBO Recruitment 2026 selection process consists of multiple stages. Candidates must qualify the applicable stages and satisfy the Bank's eligibility requirements before final selection.

• Online Written Test: Candidates first appear for the objective online examination.

Salary and Service Conditions

Selected Local Bank Officers will be placed in JMGS-I with the pay scale of ₹48,480-2,000/7-₹62,480-2,340/2-₹67,160-2,680/7-₹85,920. In addition to basic pay, eligible officers will receive applicable allowances and benefits such as DA, CCA, HRA/leased accommodation, leave fare concession, medical insurance, retirement benefits and other benefits according to PNB rules.
