Skill Test
Up to 70 candidates, equivalent to 10 eligible candidates against each vacancy, will be shortlisted for the Skill Test. The Skill Test will carry 60 marks and will be conducted at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The skill assessment may include practical proficiency related to beverage preparation, basic food handling, preparation techniques, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
Final Merit
The final merit will be prepared on the basis of the combined performance in the written examination and Skill Test for a total of 100 marks. Seven candidates will be selected according to the available category-wise vacancies.
