🎯 Selection Process
The selection process depends on the post applied for. The High Court has prescribed different tests and evaluation stages under the Himachal Pradesh District Judiciary Staff Rules, 2022.
- Court Manager: Written Test and Viva-voce as prescribed under the relevant recruitment schedule.
- Clerk: Screening Test, Written Test, Typing Test and Document Verification.
- Stenographer Grade-III: Screening Test followed by Stenography Test, Typing Test and other applicable stages.
- Driver: Screening Test, Driving Proficiency Test and Document Verification.
- Process Server: Screening Test, Written Test and Evaluation.
- Group-D Posts: Shortlisting in the prescribed ratio for Evaluation/Document Verification, followed by preparation of the final merit list based on educational qualification and evaluation.
For Stenographer Grade-III, the advertisement states that candidates must achieve 80 WPM in English stenography and the prescribed typing speeds. More than 10% mistakes in the dictated matter or typing test will result in the candidate being declared unqualified.
